Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with your Caneile purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact our customer service team at service@caneile.com to initiate the return process.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error occurred with your order.
